TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
I agree that my liability for this bill is not waived and I agree to be personally liable in the event that the indicated person, company, or association fails to pay for any or part of the full amount of these charges and I shall be responsible for any loss or damage to the premises or contents.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
An 80% refund will be given if canceled 30 days prior to your stay. NO REFUND if canceled 29 days or less.

The property is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for injury or accidents to guests or loss of money, jewelry, or personal valuables of any kind.

CHECK OUT POLICY:
I understand the check-out time is 10am. If I am not checked out by this time, Adventure River Resort reserves the right to remove any and all personal belongings from the room or cabin and set it in their storage area. I understand that my contract starts at 3pm (check-in) and ends at 10am on my scheduled check-out date. There will be a $75.00 added fee if this should occur.

LOST OR DAMAGED KEYS:
Will be charged a $50 replacement fee. If the key is locked in the room, you will be charged a $25 fee to open it.

SMOKING/DRUG:
Illegal use of drugs of any kind is prohibited on Adventure River Resort Properties. Anyone found smoking inside a room or cabin will be charged a $250 min. cleaning fee.

Beach Policy: 

Our beaches are private for our guests, so we ask that you wear the armbands given to you at check in at all times! There are no unauthorized motorized vehicles allowed on our beach, but we can shuttle your stuff if you stop by the office and ask! You must always follow the National Ozark Scenic Riverways Rules. Do not move or burn trash in the fire rings. No glass bottles on the beach. All trash must be cleaned up immediately when you leave the beach and put in the Dumpster.  Fires must be put out before retiring for the night.

PET POLICY:

We all love our fur babies, but rules are enforced if they’re enjoying your vacation with you.

1. No Aggressive Pets

2. All Pets Must be Pre-Approved Before Making Reservations.

3. All Pets Must Have Vaccination Record and Sent to the office PRIOR to bringing pets on property,

3. Pets are allowed in Beach Cabins #10-14 Only.

4. They must be 35 lbs or smaller and must be kept on a leash at all times when outside of the room.

5. You will need to bring their own personal crate, and pet must be in crate while inside the cabin. No pets on beds, under any circumstances.

6. $35 extra cleaning fee per dog. $100 refundable deposit per dog. 2 dogs max.

7. You are responsible for cleaning up waste from your pet, please put waste in doggy bags immediately, and thrown in Dumpster. (Failure to do so, will terminate your stay and no refund given.)

8. You can not leave pet unattended at any time and must be on a hand held leash while your pet is here. If you leave, your pet must go with you at all times. (No disturbance to any other guest allowed from barking, growling, whining, jumping on etc., or you`ll be asked to leave the premises.)

Purple Pet Palace here in Eminence does offer pet boarding. You will need to call Valarie directly to book boarding. 618-578-9406 in advance.
